INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
300gm Small fish {Buy Now}
1tsp Salt
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Onion 1 large
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Carrot 1 medium
Cabbage 1 Cup
Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
Black pepper crushed 1 & 1/2 tsp or to taste
Water 5-6 Cups or as required
Green onion 1/4 Cup

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. First Take 300gm Small Fish and Clean it and remove center bone of all these small fish and then keep it in the bowl.

2. Now add 1tsp salt and 1tsp turmeric powder, mix it well and set it aside for 30 minutes then wash with tap water.

3. Take non stick pan or pot and add 2tbsp olive oil, 1 large medium chopped onion as shown in picture and fry until it becomes translucent.
4. Now add 1tbsp chopped ginger & 1tbsp garlic and mix it properly and then add 2tbsp tomato paste and mix it again and cook it for 2 minutes.
5. Now Add 1 medium Chopped Carrots, 1 cup shredded of Cabbage, 1/2 tsp salt or to taste and add 1tsp or 1/2 tsp Crushed black pepper or taste and mix it well properly.

6. Now add washed fish and mix it well again and 5-6 cups of water or as required and mix well and bring it to boil and cover it with lid & cook on low flame for approximately 1 hour.
8. Now Finally our Homemade Fish Soup Recipe is Ready to Serve.
