500gm Chopped Mango
300gm Sugar
1tbsp lemon juice


1. Take 500gm Chopped Mango and then put it into the blender to make it into fine puree.

2. Now Transfer the Prepared mango puree into the wok or pan and add 300gm Sugar to it and mix these both mango puree and sugar and switch on the flame and cook it at medium to high flame and stirring it in between.

3. After 10 minutes cooking add 1tbsp lemon juice to it and stirring it in between and it would produce splash and take care while making.

4. Now to check the mango jam is ready take 2-3 drops of it and add to the plate and now tilt the plate and it is no watery and moving so it's means our mango jam is ready.

5. Now Finally our Homemade Mango Jam Recipe is Ready and pour this mango jam into the sterilized container or jar and let it cool and serve it with bread.
