2 tbsp of Sugar
Chopstick for stirring
Parchment Paper

1. Take a measuring cup that has a flat bottom, it is nice because it is made up of metal and cools down very quick.
Spray it's bottom part with baking spray or you can also use oil, to make this lubricate so that it doesn't stick.
2. Add 2 tbsp of Sugar in the ladle and then melt it on medium flame with continuous stirring with chopstick as you can see the Photo Tutorial Guide below.
3. After evenly melting this sugar add pinch of baking soda and immediately stir it with the chopstick again.
4. Then ladle this out, half for each of them on the parchment paper, try to get it to be kind of round as you can see in the image below.
5. Now press it evenly with the lubricated measuring cup, if you press too hard on one side, the sugar will cool and you won't be able to press your shape into it.
The shape is optional but you are making this because of squid game probably, so let's get it as close as possible.
Let it sit there for just a second to cool down, the sugar is setting up, then you slide it right off.
6. And you press the shape in as shown in image in photo Tutorial section below. For other one i use triangle and stars utensil for shaping it.
