INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
1/2 cup baking soda
2 L white vinegar
1/4 to 1 tbsp salt

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take big stainless steal pot, add 1/2 cup of baking soda.
2. Then add first 1 L white vinegar and mix it well.
3. After this pour another 1L of white vinegar slowly until there is no bubbling and frothing.
4. Now wait for it to stop bubbling and frothing, keep the flame to high and cook it until it becomes 200 to 300 ml.
Makesure to scrape sides of the pot, In the meanwhile set the oven at 200°C.
5. Then pour this into the baking tray, if your baking tray is small you can pour half of this.
Then Bake it for about 30 minutes or until all the moisture is evaported from this and only dry powder is obtained.
6. Grind this seasoning powder in pestle mortar and add 1 tbsp salt.
7. Finally our Homemade Salt and Vinegar Seasoning Recipe is ready to Serve.
