INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
1/2 onion
7 uncooked potatoes
1 tbsp of butter
1 tbsp of rosemary
Cooking oil
Black pepper and salt to taste

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take non stick pan, add 1-2 tbsp cooking oil, add 1/2 chopped onion.
2. Saute it until it becomes dark brown in colour, take it out in small bowl and keep it aside for garnishing.
3. Then add 1 tbsp butter to it, 7 uncooked chopped potatoes.
4. Now add black pepper and salt it taste, saute it well until potatoes become soft and cooked well.
5. Add 1 tbsp chopped rosemary and saute it well.
6. Finally our Homemade Sauteed Potatoes Recipe is ready to Serve and garnish it with prepared sauteed onion.
