INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

1tbsp Ghee
1/2 cup Cashew Nuts (Buy Now)
3-4 Dry Red Chillies
2 chopped medium size Onions
3 chopped medium Tomatoes
4-5 Garlic Cloves
1 inch Ginger
100 ml water
1tbsp Ghee {Buy Now}
2 Cardamom
3 Cloves
1 Cinnamon Stick
1tsp Cumin Seeds
1 cup Cashew Nuts
1tbsp Red Chilly Powder
1tbsp Coriander Powder
1tsp Fennel Powder
salt to taste
200ml of water
1tsp Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
1tsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Fresh Cream {Buy Now}
1tbsp Fresh Coriander
METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Taka a non stick pan and then add 1tbsp Ghee, add 1/2 cup Cashew Nuts and cook it until it becomes golden brown in colour.



2. Now add 3-4 Dry Red Chillies and mix it well and then add 2 chopped medium size Onions and add 3 chopped medium Tomatoes, add 4-5 Garlic Cloves, 1 inch Ginger and cook it until Tomatoes and Onions gets mushy in texture.






3. Now add this mixture into the blender jar and blend it to make fine paste or puree and add 100 ml water to it and then again blend it into the fine paste.





4. Take a non stick pan and add 1tbsp Ghee, add 2 Cardamom, 3 Cloves, 1 Cinnamon Stick, 1tsp Cumin Seeds, stirr it well and then add 1 cup Cashew Nuts and cook it until it becomes golden brown in colour and then add 1tbsp Red Chilly Powder, 1tbsp Coriander Powder, 1tsp Fennel Powder and saute it well for 1 minute.

5. Now add the paste that we have made before and add salt to taste and cook it for 7-8 minutes or until the gravy leaves the sides of the pan and add 200 ml hot water to adjust the consistency and let it boil.



6. Now add 1tsp Kasuri Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves), 1tsp Garam Masala and mix it gently and then add 1 tbsp Fresh Cream and mix it again properly.
