INGREDIENT REQUIRED

3 boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1% inch wide pieces
Oil to deep fry
Salt to taste
Freshly crushed black peppercorns, to taste
150 gms mozzarella cheese
1 cup refined flour (maida)
2 tsps sweet chilli sauce
1 egg
1 cup fresh breadcrumbs


METHOD OR PREPARATION

1. Take a Karahi & then heat sufficient oil in a karahi.



2. Then cut the chicken pieces as shown in picture then Beat the chicken pieces with the back of a knife to flatten them easily and Sprinkle salt and crushed black peppercorns on it













3. Cut mozzarella cheese into 1 cm thick slices and further cut them into fingers shaped, we are cutting it into 3 pieces.



4. Keep one cheese finger on each chicken piece carefully and roll each piece gently which are containing cheese pieces asshoen in image below







5. Take a bowl and Put refined flour, salt to taste, sweet chilli sauce and 1 egg in a bowl and mix. Add little water at a time and whisk to make a smooth batter.









6. Spread breadcrumbs in a plate for next step.


7. Then dip each chicken finger in the batter and  roll into breadcrumbs & You can prepare these in advance also and keep them in the refrigerator till it is time to deep-fry. Gently slide into hot oil in the kadai for completely deep-fry till it colour changes to golden











8. Halve them diagonally and arrange on a serving plate and serve hot.
