2 medium pomfrets, cut into darnes
2 tbsps fInely chopped onion
4-5 dried red chillies
1/2 cup fresh scraped coconut
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp tamarind pulp
Coriander sprig for garnish

1. For Preparing paste take a blender and then add 1 tbsp chopped onion, 4-5 red chillies, 1/2 cup fresh scrapped coconut and a little water, grind to a fine paste.

2. Now add 2medium pomfret fish which is cuted into darnes and add salt to taste and add 1/2tsp turmeric powder and mix it well to coat this fish pieces and keep aside for 10 minutes to marinate completely.

3. Now Heat oil in a non-stick pan then add 1/2tsp chopped ginger and remaining 1tbsp onion, saute it till golden brown colour and then add ground paste which we have prepared in 1st step and mix well for 1-2 minutes and then add 2 cups of water and mix it well & let this mixture to a boil.

4. Add 1tbsp tamarind pulp and cook for a minute and now add the marinated fish pieces to it and mix slightly and then cook it for 5-6 minutes on medium flame.

5. Now our Homemade Indian Fish Curry Recipe is Ready , Transfer to serving bowl and garnish it with coriander sprig and Serve hot.
