For Malai Paneer Korma Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

2 cups of Paneer Cubes
2cups of Water
6 medium Diced Onions
7-8 Garlic Cloves
Tiny Piece of roughly cut Ginger
2 Green Chilli
1 Big Black Cardamom
1tsp Shahi Jeera(Cumin Seeds)
2-3 Green Cardamom
1/2 Cup Cashewnuts {Buy Now}
5-6 Black Peppercorns
1 cup of Curd
4tbsp Ghee
Salt to Taste
1cup of milk
1 Green Chilli Slit
A pinch of Ginger julienne
A pinch of Mace(Javitri) Powder {Buy Now}
A pinch of Cardamom Powder
For Garnishing
2tbsp Rogan
a pinch of Pepper Powder
1 small Coriander Leaf
METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take a pan and switch the flame on and then add 2cups of Water, 6 medium Diced Onions, 7-8 Garlic Cloves, Tiny Piece of roughly cut Ginger, 2 Green Chilli, 1 Big Black Cardamom, 1tsp Shahi Jeera(Cumin Seeds), 2-3 Green, 2-3 Green Cardamom, 1/2 Cup Cashewnuts, 5-6 Black Peppercorns and then cover it with the lid and Boil these all Ingredients for 30 minutes or until onions becomes mashy in texture.







2. Now switch off the flame and sieving these ingredients with the help of sieve as shown in picture and separate the water from it and then place these ingredients on the plate and then remove the green chillies and 1 big black Cardamom from it and then place these remaining ingredients into the grinding mixture jar and also add 1 cup of Curd and grind these properly to make it into the fine Paste and then keep this paste aside.









3. Now add take a non stick pan and then add 4tbsp Ghee and then add the prepared paste to it and mix it well and also add some little water into the grinding jar so as to remove the paste from the sides and then add it into the pan and then mix it well and also add Salt to taste and again mix it well.

4. Now again cover it with lid and cook it for 10-12 minutes and then add some little amount(1cup) of water, 1cup of milk, 1 Green Chilli Slit, A pinch of Ginger julienne, A pinch of Mace(Javitri) Powder, A pinch of Cardamom Powder.

5. Now add the 2 cups of Paneer Cubes and gently stirr it and then cook it for 5 minutes so that paneer completely cooked well and then switch the flame off.

6. Now Finally our Homemade Malai Paneer Korma Recipe is ready to serve and Garnish it with 2tbsp Rogan, a pinch of Pepper Powder, 1 small Coriander Leaf.
