Tomatoes, Quartered - 10 to 12 medium
Salt to taste
Black Peppercorns - 4 to 6
Black Peppercorns, crushed - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 Tablespoon
Corn flour - 1 Tablespoon
Cream - 1/4 cup
Bread Croutons

Tomatoes, Quartered - 10 to 12 medium

Black Peppercorns - 4 to 6
Black Peppercorns, crushed - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 Tablespoon
Corn flour - 1 Tablespoon
Cream - 1/4 cup
Bread Croutons

PROCEDURE OR METHOD :-
1. Heat the 1/2 Tablespoon Oil and 1 Tablespoon Butter on a Pan then add 1 sliced medium onion , 1 bay leaf , Celery (to increase its aroma and also control blood pressure), 1/2 medium Carrot Roundels, Garlic chopped and properly saute it or mix properly.
2. Add cuted tomatoes , salt to taste, black Peppercorns and then add water to it ( not to add more water ).
3. Cover it with lid or you can also pressure cook it so that it will cook more fast , Heat it for proper cooking of tomatoes.
4. After proper cooking , strain the water from mixture with the help of sieve remove the bay leaf and you can also remove some black Peppercorns if it is looking in high quantity.
5. Then allow the mixture to rest for 2 minutes so that it's temperature cool down for further grinding it in the Grinder machine or you can add some cold water for making puree.
6. Then put this prepared puree into the pan and add separated water that we have done in 4th Point. Add salt to taste , Black Peppercorns, crushed - 1/2 teaspoon, Sugar - 1 Tablespoon and heat it properly.
7. Then after heating strain it through sieve to remove the pulp.
8. Heat it again on pan and to maintain its consistency add corn flour solution about 1 Tablespoon and mix it , if you dont want to add it then you have to add 1 potato at the beginning of preparation.
10. Now pour this prepared soup in the bowl and garnish it with fresh cream and add bread croutons & serve this hot soup.
