How to make Mushroom Soup at Home
Hello Foodies, Welcome to our site www.checkmyrecipe.com , Everyone likes to have a mushroom soup in a winter, Today you will learn that how to make mushroom soup at home step by step with Pictures, mushroom soup recipe is a very delicious & tasty also, So lets Follow the following steps that How to make Mushroom Soup at home :-
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
1 Packet Mushroom (200gm)
Butter 2tbsp
1-2tbsp Green Coriander (freshly Chopped)
Cream 2tbsp
1Lemon
Cornflour 2tbsp
Salt 1tsp or as per taste
Crushed Black Pepper 1/4tsp
Ginger Paste 2tsp
METHOD OR PREPARATION
1. Take the mushroom and wipe it with dry cloth.
2. Cut the black part of mushroom and remove it as shown in picture then Cut the Mushroom into the slices and then into small pieces as shown in picture.
3. Take a non stick pan and heat a pan and add 1-2 tbsp butter to it, then add ginger paste in it and cook it lightly.
4. Now add chopped mushroom in it and add salt and black pepper to it & mix well properly.
5. Now cover it with a lid and cook on low flame for 3-4minutes.
6. After cooking remove the lid and check the mushroom and now the juice or water is extracted or separated from mushroom as shown in picture,. & Cook it for another 1-2minutes, now the mushroom are now soft.
7. Now mushroom is ready & switch off the flame and grind 3/4mushroom from these with some water and leave 1/4 mushroom in the pan as shown in below picture.
8. Now Turn on the flame and add the Grounded mushroom to the pan & add 2 cup of water in it and let it cook till it boil.
9. Now mix the cornflour in some water till it completely dissolved & mix it well to make it smooth texture.
10. Once the mushroom soup appears to start boiling then add Cornflour to it and stir well completely so that there is no any lumps occur. & Cook it for 2-3minutes.
11. Now after cooking 2-3 minutes, add 1/2 cream to it and use the remaining cream in the end for garnishing the mushroom soup.
12. Add coriander leaves in it & mix it properly, or if you prefer eating onions, then you can add them in the beginning along with butter & ginger to the pan and roast till it is a little pink in colour.
13. Our mushroom soup is now ready now add 1-2tsp lemon & mix it thoroughly. Now our is ready for serving , Pour this ready mushroom soup into the soup bowl and garnish it with remaining cream.
