INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

1/2 kg meaty white fish ( rawas, cod, hake)
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
salt to taste
1 tsp chilli powder
Garam Masala
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
A pinch of tumeric
1 tbsp chick pea flour
1 tbsp corn flour
1 fresh coriander
1 grated fresh ginger
1 Egg

METHOD OR PREPARATION

1. In a bowl mix the fish pieces with 2tbsp lemon juice, salt, pinch of turmeric, 1tsp chilli powder, 2tbsp garam masala, 1tbsp carom seeds, crushed coriander seeds, 1 grated fresh ginger and stir it well properly.


2. Now add 1tbsp corn flour, 1tbsp gram flour and egg to the mixture and mix it properly.



3. Heat oil and deep fry the fish for 3-4 minutes in it or fry it until it becomes golden brown , now our Crispy Fish Pakoras are ready to eat!





4. Serve hot with spicy green chutney!
