INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

5 tbsp Sugar
2 Egg Yolks
1 cup Dark Chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
1 cup Whipped Cream

METHOD OR PREPARATION
1. Heat water in a vessel and place a bowl on it. Add 5tbsp sugar, 2 egg yolks, whole the bowl and start whisking it continuously so that it turns into a nice & custard like mix. Keep whipping it 3-4 minutes, till the sugar dissolves.

2. Add 1cup chopped dark chocolate, mix it and convert into chocolate mass.
3. In a pan, add 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream and let it melt. Add the vanilla to the chocolate mixture. There is some more tricky reason for using vanilla ice cream once it is nice & thick , second it is creamy & third more important it contains vanilla essence & that is very important for balancing of flavour of chocolate pudding.
4. Now transfer the bowl on the working table & mixing this mixture continuously, & Add 1 cup whipped cream and mix well.
5. Pour a ladle full of the mixture into the serving container and top it with whipped cream & garnish it with grated chocolate. Now serve this chocolate pudding.
