INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

1 cup mango pulp
1/2 cup yoghurt
3/4 cup water
Sugar to taste
8-10 saffron (kesar) strands
Pinch of cardamom powder Garnish with crushed pistachios

METHOD OR PREPARATION

1. First peel the mangoes & Chop them and put in the blender.
Note :- You can use any Mangoes for this lassi but the mangoes should be juicy and ripened.


2. Then add 1/2 cup yoghurt, sugar to taste, saffron soaked water, pinch of cardamom powder.





3. Now add 3/4 cup of water and give it a nice blend.





4. Now our kesar mango lassi is ready , pour this mango lassi in serving glass & Garnish with cardamom powder and saffron strands and serve chilled.
