INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
1/2 cup Powder Sugar
1/4 cup Corn Flour
2tbsp Gelatin
1/2 cup Hot water
1 cup Sugar
1tbsp vanilla essence
Pink Food Color

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. First pass 1/2 cup Powder sugar & 1/4 cup corn flour through sieve & then mix well with whisk.

2. Now take small bowl & add 2tbsp Gelatin into it & add 1/2 cup hot water & mix it well properly & keep this gelatin mixture aside.

3. Now heat the container & add the 1 cup of sugar & 1/2 cup of water to it & mix well & cook or boil it on medium flame until this sugar solution makes into thick consistency & sugar properly dissolved in the water.
4. Now add the Gelatin mixture that we have prepared in the 3rd step & mix it properly for proper dissolved & then take this mixture into the another bowl.
5. Now blend or beat it on medium speed with hand blender until it makes into white cream like texture as shown in picture.
6. Now add 1tbsp vanilla essence & again beat it with hand blender until it makes into very thick foam like texture as shown in the picture.
7. Now dust the sugar mixture into 6 inch oil greased pan having butter paper along into all sides of pan as shown in picture & keep it aside & pour the half foam mixture into it & spread evenly & tap the container so as to remove any bubble.
8. Now in the remaining foam mixture add few drops of pink food color & beat it again until well combination of color & mixture.
9. Now pour this pink Mixture into the same container as shown in the picture & again tap this container & dust it with some sugar & corn flour mixture which we have prepared in the 1st step & keep this into the fridge for 6-8hr or overnight.
10. Finally our Homemade Marshmallow Recipe is Ready to Serve, Now remove the butter paper & dust the knife with suagr & corn flour mixture & cut this marshmallow into cubes.
