How to make Paan Kulfi at Home

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

Milk 1 liter
Fresh Malai 2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 cup
Corn Flour 1/2 tsp
Paan Leaves 10
Gulkand 2-3 tbsp
Peppermint a small pinch
Green Food Color small pinch (optional)
METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Turn on the flame & heat the iron Kadai(wok), add 1litre of full cream milk & to make more creamier add 2tbsp of malai & mix it well & boil it at high flame & stirring continuously & after that lower the flame & cook or simmer it for 10 minutes, now its consistency is slightly thicker than it was before.







2. Now add half cup of sugar which near about 100g & cook it for about 5 more minutes with stirring continuously & now our milk is bubbling.




3. Now take 1/2 tsp of corn flour & add to small bowl & then add little bit of cold milk & mix it well & pour this mixture to the kadai(wok) containing milk & stirring it continuously & cook it for 5minutes after that our kulfi mixture will be done.
Now our milk is looking thicker & creamy & now turn off the flame & cool it at room temperature for 15-20 minutes & you can see the consistency in the picture.









4. Take a grinder jar & take 10 paan leaves & tear this paan leaves & add to the grinder jar & also add 2-3tbsp of gulkand ,this gulkand is basically a rose preserve, if you don't have gulkand then you can use bright rose petals with some sugar.





5. Now add small pinch of peppermint & now add 2-3tbsp of kulfi milk & add small pinch of green food colour, this food colour is optional & make the paste of all these mixture.







6. Now strain the mixture with the sieve to the milk & mix it gently, now our kulfi mixture is ready to be frozen right now.






7. Now use the kulfi moulds & fill it with kulfi mixture & place it in the freezer for 2hrs then place the sticks inside the kulfi moulds as shown in picture & now freezer it for 6hr.








8. Now our Homemade Pann Kulfi Recipe is ready to serve , now roll this kulfi mould to take the kulfi from it & you can also use warm water dip this mould & then take out this kulfi & decorate it with gulkand(rose preserve) & also add some tutti frutti to it.
