INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

1 cup of Dates {Buy Now}
1/2 cup of Rolled Oats
1 cup of Hot Water
1 cup halves Cashew [Buy Now]
1 cup Almonds
1/2 cup chopped Walnuts (Buy Now)
1/4th Pistachio {Buy Now}
1/4th cup of Sesame
1/2 cup Grated Dry Coconut (Buy Now)
1/4th cup of Pumpkin Seeds
1/2 cup of Honey
1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder
1/4th tsp Salt


METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take a big bowl and add 1 cup of Dates to it , add 1 cup of Hot Water and soak it for 2 hours completely until it gets soften in texture.


2. Now add this soaked dates to the blender jar and blend it to make smooth texture dates paste.

3. Now heat the non stick pan and add 1 cup halves Cashew, 1 cup Almonds, add 1/2 cup chopped Walnuts, 1/4th Pistachio, 1/4th cup of Sesame, 1/4th cup of Pumpkin Seeds and roast all these ingredients at low flame untile it becomes golden in colour and crispy in texture and make sure that do not burn it.








4. Now add 1/2 cup grated Dry Coconut and saute it well properly at low flame and make sure that do not burn it.when it turn into aromatic and keep it aside in bowl.

5. Now heat the non stick pan and add the Dates paste that we have prepared in 1 and 2 step and now saute it well at low flame and cook it for 5 minutes or until it becomes thicken in texture.


6. Now add the roasted dry fruits that we have prepared in 3rd and 4th step and also add 1/2 cup of Honey and add 1/2 tsp Cardamom Powder, 1/4th tsp Salt and mix all these well so that it combined well.







7. Now heat the non stick pan and add 1/2 cup of Rolled Oats and roast it well at low flame or turns into aromatic and grind these with the help of grinder so to make it into the fine powder and our oats powder is ready.



8. Now add the Oats Powder to it which we have prepared in 7th Step and mix it properly so that it combined properly and it will become thicken in texture and holding these shape and transfer it into the another plate covered with butter paper and spread these uniformly and refrigerate it for 1 hour.









9. Now after refrigeration cut into the pieces and enjoy this energy bar or protein bars.
