For Vegetable Raita Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

1 medium Onion
1.5 cups of Yoghurt
1/2 medium Cucumber
1/2 Tomato
8-10 sprigs of Coriander
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Black salt to taste
METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take 1 medium Onion and chopped it finely.Now take 1/2 medium Cucumber and chopped it properly also.Similarly take 1/2 Tomato and chopped it finely and also chopped the 8-10 sprigs of Coriander.






2. Now heat the non stick pan and 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds and roast it at medium flame and the put these roasted cumin seeds into the pestle mortar and crush it to make powder form.

3. Now take 1.5 cups of Yoghurt and whisk it properly and then add all the chopped ingredients like onion, cucumber, tomato, coriander sprigs to it and also add 1/2tsp roasted cumin seeds and black salt to taste and mix all these ingredients properly.
