For Tomato Dosa Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

3 roughly chopped tomatoes
3 Dried Red Chilli
1 inch Ginger
1/2 Cup of Semolina(Rava/Suji)
1/2 cup Rice Flour
1/4th cup Wheat Flour
2 cup of Water
1 Finely Chopped Onion
2tbsp finely chopped Coriander
1tsp Cumin (Jeera)
1/2tsp crushed Pepper
1tsp Salt
1 cup of Water
2tsp Oil

METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take 3 roughly chopped tomatoes in the blender jar and add 3 Dried Red Chilli, add 1 inch Ginger and Blend it to make it into puree or tomato paste form.




2. Now Take a Big bowl and add this prepared tomato paste into it and then add 1/2 Cup of Semolina(Rava/Suji), add 1/2 cup Rice Flour, 1/4th cup Wheat Flour, 2 cup of Water and whisk or mix it well properly and make sure that there is no any lumps.









3. Now add 1 Finely Chopped Onion, 2tbsp finely chopped Coriander, 1tsp Cumin (Jeera), add 1/2tsp crushed Pepper, add 1tsp Salt and mix it well properly and it's consistency should be flowing and now soak it for 20 minutes.

4. Now add 1 cup of Water and mix it well again and it's consistency must be watery as shown in picture.


5. Now Heat the non stick pan and when it get hot and then pour the ready mixture to it as shown in picture and do not fill the holes and add 2tsp Oil and simmer it for 3 minutes or until it becomes Golden colour and Crisp in texture as shown in picture.
