For Smoked Masala Chaas Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

2 Cups of Chilled Yoghurt
10 Mint Leaves
1 inch Ginger
3/4th tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Crushed Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Chilled Water
2 piece of Red Hot Charcoal
1/4th tsp Cumin
1/4th tsp Ghee
Aluminium Foil


METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take a Blender Jar and add 2 Cups of Chilled Yoghurt to it and then add 10 Mint Leaves, 1 inch Ginger.

2. Now add 3/4th tsp Cumin Powder, 1/2 tsp Crushed Pepper, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1 cup Chilled Water and then blend it properly in the electric blender completely.













3. Now Pour this into the big glass and then place the small cup on it and add 2 piece of Red Hot Charcoal in it and add 1/4th tsp Cumin, 1/4th tsp Ghee and then cover it with aluminium foil and infuse it for 2 minutes.

4. Now remove the aluminium foil and pour this masala chaas into the serving glass and Finally our Homemade Smoked Masala Chaas is Ready to Serve and Garnish it with one mint Leave.
