For Homemade Chicken Curry Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
750gm Chicken
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
2tsp Red Chilli Powder
Salt to Taste
1/4 Cup of Yoghurt
1/4 cup Coriander Seeds
1/2tbsp Fennel Seeds(Saunf)
1/2 inch Ginger Piece
1 Green Chilli
1/2 small bunch of Coriander Leaves
2 medium Onions(roughly chopped)
5-6 Garlic Cloves
1/2tbsp Caraway Seeds(Shahi Jeera)
1/2tbsp Poppy Seeds (Khuskhus)
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
2 Cloves
5 Black Peppercorns
1 Bay Leaf
1 Star Anise (phoolchakri/badiyan)
1 Green Cardamom
2-3 whole Cashewnuts
2tbsp Oil
2 medium Tomatoes (grated)

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. For Marination, Take a big bowl add 750gm of Chicken(cut 1 inch pieces on bone), 1/2tsp Turmeric Powder, 2tsp Red Chilli Powder, Salt to Taste, 1/4 Cup of Yoghurt and then rubb the nicely on the chicken pieces with your hands and keep it aside for 1hr for proper marination.
1. For Marination, Take a big bowl add 750gm of Chicken(cut 1 inch pieces on bone), 1/2tsp Turmeric Powder, 2tsp Red Chilli Powder, Salt to Taste, 1/4 Cup of Yoghurt and then rubb the nicely on the chicken pieces with your hands and keep it aside for 1hr for proper marination.
2. For Paste, Take a Grinder Jar and add 1/4 cup Coriander Seeds, 1/2tbsp Fennel Seeds(Saunf), 1/2 inch Ginger Piece, 1 Green Chilli, 1/2 small bunch of Coriander Leaves, 2 medium Onions(roughly chopped), 5-6 Garlic Cloves, 1/2tbsp Caraway Seeds(Shahi Jeera), 1/2tbsp Poppy Seeds (Khuskhus), 1 inch, Cinnamon Stick, 2 Cloves, 5 Black Peppercorns, 1 Bay Leaf, 1 Star Anise (phoolchakri/badiyan), 1 Green Cardamom, 2-3 whole Cashewnuts and add also some water and then make it into the fine paste.
3. Now heat the non stick deep pan and then add 2tbsp oil in it and when this oil gets hot then add 2 medium grated Tomatoes and saute it for 2-3 minutes on medium flame.
4. Now add the Ground Spices or paste that we have prepared in 2nd Step and then cook it for 4-5 minutes on medium flame.

5. Now when the masala/spices leaves the oil from it around the sides it's means masala is nicely cooked then add marinated chicken to it and cook it for 4-5 minutes at high heat/flame.
6. Now add some little amount of water and mix it well properly and then add cover it with lid and cook till the chicken is completely done.
