For Homemade Protein Salad Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED


1 cup Black Chana(Black Gram){Buy Now}
Muslin cloth
3/4th cup of sprouted Green Moong Dal {Buy Now}
200gm of Cottage Cheese
1 medium Chopped Onion
1 medium Chopped Tomato
2tbsp chopped Coriander Leaves
1/4 cup of Roasted skinless Peanuts
1tbsp chopped Raw Mango
Black Salt to Taste
2tsps Roasted Cumin Powder
2-3 Chopped Green Chillies
1/4tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2tsp Chaat Masala {Buy Now}
1/2 Lemon Juice
METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take a bowl and then add 1 cup Black Chana and then add sufficient water to it and let it soak in water at least for 5-6hrs or overnight.


2. Now after soaking it into water remove the water from it or remove the excess water and the take a wet muslin cloth and wet this cloth and drain out the extra water and fold it and make the double layer of this muslin cloth and keep it in the bowl and then add the soaked chana to it and then you can hang it on a kitchen tap or you can just keep it in a bowl and but keep in mind that you keep the muslin cloth damp because moisture is very important for the chana to sprout and the roots will grow and we will get sprouted chana and we will make sprouted green moong dal in a similar manner.








3. Now take a big bowl and add sprouted chana into bowl and similarly add the 3/4th cup of sprouted green moong dal to it and when you sprout the dala the quantity of the protein in them increases so this will be a Protein Packed Salad and this dish is perfect for Vegetarian.



4. Now add 200gm of Cottage Cheese, 1 medium Chopped Onion, 1 medium Chopped Tomato, 2tbsp chopped Coriander Leaves.


5. Now add 1/4 cup of Roasted skinless Peanuts, 1tbsp chopped Raw Mango and then add Black Salt to Taste, 2tsps Roasted Cumin Powder, 2-3 Chopped Green Chillies, 1/4tsp Black Pepper Powder, 1/2tsp Chaat Masala, 1/2 Lemon Juice and mix it well properly.







6. Now Finally our Homemade Protein Salad is Ready to Serve and Garnish it with Chopped Coriander Leaves, some raw mango, a few roasted peanuts.
