For Homemade Vegan Feta Cheese Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

1 Cup of Almonds
1/4 cup of water
1/2tsp Dried Red Chilli Flakes{Buy Now}
1/2tsp Dried Basil Leaves
1.5tsps Garlic
2tsps Lemon Juice
Water as Required
Muslin Cloth{Buy Now}


METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take 1 Cup of Almonds and add water to it and soak it for 6-8 hours.


2. Now add the soaked Almonds into the blender jar and also add 1/4 cup of water to it then add 1/2tsp Dried Red Chilli Flakes, 1/2tsp Dried Basil Leaves, 1.5tsps Garlic, 2tsps Lemon Juice and blend it properly and then again add 3tbsps Water to it and blend it again till it becomes smooth.












3. Now take this smooth mixture and add it into the muslin cloth and pack it as shown in picture and then place this muslin cloth containing mixture on the sieve and set it aside till drained completely as shown in picture.


4. Now spread this on the baking plate on which butter paper is placed and bake it at 180°C for 45 minutes.



5. Finally our Homemade Vegan Feta Cheese Recipe is Ready to Serve.
