For Homemade Vegan Kulfi Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

1/4 cup of Cashewnuts
8-10 Seedless Dates
2tbsps Steel Cuts Oats {Buy Now}
2-3 Green Cardamom
1 cup of Coconut Milk {Buy Now}


METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take 1/4 cup of Cashewnuts and add it into the bowl and then soak it in water for 3-4 hours.

2. Now take 8-10 Seedless Dates and water into it and soak it for 30 minutes.


3. Take a Blender Jar and add 2tbsps Steel Cuts Oats, 2-3 Green Cardamom and blend it properly to make it into fine powder.



4. Now add soaked seedless dates and Cashewnuts into the blender jar and blend it to make puree type or soft.





5. Now add the powder to it which we have prepared in 3rd step and then add 1 cup of Coconut Milk and blend it again till it becomes smooth.




6. Now take ice cream moulds or Kulfi mould and fill it with the mixture that we have prepared in 5th step and cover it and then Refrigerate it for 1hour and then Freeze it for 7-8hours.





7. Now Finally our Homemade Vegan Kulfi Recipe is Ready to Serve.
