METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take a blender jar and add 1/2 cup of Brown Rice to it and blend it to make it into fine powder form.
1. Take a blender jar and add 1/2 cup of Brown Rice to it and blend it to make it into fine powder form.
2. Now take 1/2 cup of Raw Peanuts and add water to it and soak it for 6-8hours and after that remove the water and add it into the blender jar and add 100ml water to it and blend it and then again add 500ml water to it and again blend it till smooth to make it Peanut milk.
3. Now take a non stick pan and add this prepared Peanut Milk and heating it with continuously stirring and then take a powder that we have prepared in 1st step and add 1/2 cup of water to it and mix it well and pour it into the pan slowly slowly as well as stirring continuously and switch off the flame and let it allow to cool.
4. Now pour this prepared mixture into the bowls and take 8 green chillies and pluck the top part of it as done in below picture and add it to the mixture as shown in picture and let it ferment for 6-8 hours.
5. Now Finally our Homemade Vegan Yoghurt Recipe is ready to serve.
