For Homemade Burani Raita Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

5-6 Garlic Cloves
3tbsps Oil
1 cup Yoghurt
1/2tsp Black Salt
Salt to Taste
1/2tsp Red Chilli Powder


METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take 5-6 Garlic Cloves and chopped it well and then take non stick pan and add 3tbsps Oil to it and when it get's hot then add chopped garlic to it and cook it till Golden Brown colour appears.






2. Now strain this garlic with the help of sieve as shown in picture.


3. Now take 1 cup Yoghurt and then add 1/2tsp Black Salt to it and Salt to Taste.



4. Now add 1/2tsp Red Chilli Powder.
5. Now add strained cooked garlic to it and mix these ingredients properly.



6. Finally our Homemade Burani Raita Recipe is Ready to serve and garnish it with some cooked remaining garlic.
