For Homemade Turmeric Chutney Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

1/2 cup of Scraped Fresh Coconut
3 Garlic Cloves
2 Green Chillies
1.5inch Fresh Turmeric
Salt to Taste
1/4 cup of Water
1tbsp Oil
1/2tsp Mustard Seeds
1/4tsp Asafoetida {Buy Now}
12-15 Curry Leaves
2 Dried Red Chillies


METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take 1/2 cup of Scraped Fresh Coconut in the blender jar.

2. Now add 3 Garlic Cloves.

3. Add 2 Green Chillies.

4. 1.5inch Fresh Turmeric.


5. Add Salt to Taste and 1/4 cup of Water and blend it till it becomes smooth.






6. Now take a non stick pan and add 1tbsp Oil and then add 1/2tsp Mustard Seeds, 1/4tsp Asafoetida, 12-15 Curry Leaves, 2 Dried Red Chillies and saute it well and then add it on the prepared smooth chutney and mix it well.








7. Now Finally our Homemade Turmeric Chutney Recipe is ready to serve.
