For Homemade Milk Cake Recipe

10 cups(2litre) Milk
1/8 tsp Alum{Buy Now}
3/5 cup (150 gm) Sugar
2tbsp Ghee + For Greasing
2tbsp Liquid Glucose


1. Take a non stick deep pan and then add 10 cups of milk to it and bring this milk to boil and when it's get boiling then add 1/8tsp Alum, 150gm Sugar and continuously cook it as well as stirring continuously till the milk becomes thick and grainy as shown in picture.

2. Now add 2tbsp Liquid Glucose and mix it well properly, it is added because this mixture doesn't dry.

3. Now add 2tbsp Ghee to it and nix it well again properly and cooking it for some minutes so that mixture completely mixed well.

4. Now pour this prepared mixture into the greased bowl and tap it lightly and cover it with Aluminium Foil and keep or set it aside to cool at room temperature. When it cools down then take out from the bowl and cut it into square shape pieces.

5. Finally our Homemade Milk Cake Recipe is ready to serve.
