METHOD OF PREPARATION
For 1st Method
1.Take a electric mixer jar, add 1/4 cup of Chilled Milk, 1/2 tsp Vinegar.

1.Take a electric mixer jar, add 1/4 cup of Chilled Milk, 1/2 tsp Vinegar.
3. Now add 1/2 cup oil to this mixer jar and grind or start mixing it for 10-15 minutes and if your mayonnaise broken into particals then add 2tsp Milk to it to make it into good texture.
4. For 2nd Method, Take jar or long jug and then add 1/2 cup Chilled Milk to it, 1/4 tsp Sugar, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Vinegar.
5. Now blend this with the help of electric hand blender and adding 1/4 cup of oil continuously as well as continuously electric blender and in this method near about 250ml of oil will be used. It is more thicker in texture than 1st method.
6. Finally our Homemade Eggless Mayonnaise Recipe is ready to serve with your favourite dish.
