For Homemade Peanut Chutney Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

1/2 cup Peanuts(Roasted){Buy Now}
1 tbsp chopped Coconut
Salt to Taste
6 Red Chillies
5 Garlic Cloves(optional)
1/2 tsp Cumin
2 tbsp Imli(Tamarind) Paste{Buy Now}
1/2 cup Water
For Tadka
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard
1/2 tsp Urad Dal/White Urad Split{Buy Now}
2 Red Chillies
4-5 Curry Leaves
1/4 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp piece of Jaggery
METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take a blender jar, then add 1/2 cup Roasted Peanuts to it, 6 Red Chillies, 5 Garlic Cloves.




2. Now add 1 tbsp chopped Coconut, 1/2 tsp Cumin, 1/2 tsp Salt.




3. Now add 2tbsp Imli Paste water and then add little amount of water and then grind it to make it into paste and again add little amount of water if there is required and again grind this to make this into smooth paste and take it out and pour this into the bowl.








4. For Tadka, Take the tadka pan and heat it and then add 1 tbsp Oil to it and when it get's hot then add 1 tsp Mustard, 1/2 tsp Urad Dal, 2 Red Chillies, 4-5 Curry Leaves, 1/4 tsp Turmeric and mix it well and then add 1 tsp piece of Jaggery and mix it well properly and then add it into the peanut chutney and mix it properly.












5. Finally our Homemade Peanut Chutney Recipe is ready to serve with Dosa, Idli, Sambar.
