INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
1 Coconut chopped medium size
1 Sprig Curry Leaf
2 Green Chilli
1/2 inch Ginger
Salt to Taste
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 cup Chana Dal/Split Bengal Gram{Buy Now}
2 tbsp Curd
2 tbsp Water
Handful Coriander
For Tadka
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard
1/2 tsp Urad Dal(Split Black gram)
1 Pinch Asafoetida
4-5 Curry Leaf
1/4 tsp Turmeric
2 Red Chilli

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take a grinder jar and then add 1 medium Chopped Coconut, 1 sprig Curry Leaf, 1tsp Cumin.
1. Take a grinder jar and then add 1 medium Chopped Coconut, 1 sprig Curry Leaf, 1tsp Cumin.
3. Now add 1/2 cup Chana Dal, add little amount of water and then add Handful of Coriander and Blend it to make a paste and add little amount of water if there is required and then blend it again.
5. For Tadka, Take a tadka pan and add 1tbsp Oil and when it get's heated then add 1tsp Mustard, 1/2 tsp Urad Dal, 1 Pinch Asafoetida, 4-5 Curry Leaf, 1/4 tsp Turmeric and mix it well and then add 2 Red Chilli to it and mix it again.
6. Now add this prepared tadka into this coconut chutney paste and mix it well and Finally our Homemade Coconut Chutney Recipe is ready to serve with Dosa , Idli , Vada Pav , Sambar.
