INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

1 cup Semolina (Rava/Sooji)
1 cup Rice Flour
1/2 cup Maida(all purpose flour)
Salt to taste
1 chopped green chilli
Handful of chopped Curry Leaves
2tsp chopped Ginger
1tsp cumin
1tbsp chopped coriander
4 cups approx water
handful of chopped onion
Little bit of Oil for Drizzling


METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. For Batter , take a bowl and add 1 cup Semolina (Rava/Sooji), 1 cup Rice Flour, 1/2 cup Maida(all purpose flour), add salt to taste, 1 chopped green chilli and add handful of chopped curry leaves, add 2tsp chopped Ginger and 1tsp cumin, 1tbsp chopped coriander.








2. Now add 4 cups approx water to it , we need a thin batter for it and mix it with whisk properly and rest this batter for 10-15 minutes and it will be lightly thick in texture.







3. Now heat the non stick pan and add handful of chopped onion and then take the batter that we have prepared and mix it and then sprinkle or pour this on the pan and then drizzle some oil to it.





4. Now flip this dosa so as to cook it properly from other side and again flip it to the same position and fold it as shown in picture and remove it from pan.
