For Egg Fingers Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

9 Eggs
2 Processed Cheese Cubes Grated
Corns
1/2 Capsicum finely chopped
3 Green Chillies finely chopped
Salt as Required
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
Oil as Required
1/2 cup Maida(All Purpose Flour)
1 cup Bread Crumbs
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1tsp Salt
1/4 cup Milk


METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take a big bowl and then break all the eggs and then add 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1.5 tsp Salt.




2. Now mix it lightly and then add chopped 3 green chillies and 1/2 chopped capsicum and corn and mix it again.


3. Now add grated processed cheese and mix it again properly.



4. For making steamer, Now take a big wok and then add some amount of water to it boil and then place the wire rack in this wok as shown in picture and then place the baking tin on this rack as shown in picture.


5. Now add 1 tsp oil in baking tin and grease it properly from inside from all sides and if you have butter paper then you can place it and now add the prepared mixture to this baking tin and cover this baking tin with plate as well as cover all this wok with lid as shown in picture and let it cook for 30 minutes at low flame.





6. Now after 30 minutes, remove the baking tin from this and let it cool at room temperature for some minutes and then rotate this tin and tap it with your hands and take it out from baking tin and cut this into thin fingers shaped as shown in picture.








7. Now take a big wok and then add oil to it for frying and let it heat and in the mean time take three bowl , In first bowl take 1/2 cup Maida, In second bowl take 1 cup Bread Crumbs and In third bowl add 1 egg with 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, 1tsp Salt, 1/4 cup Milk and mix it well.





8. Now take one egg finger and dip it in the maida and then dip it into the egg mixture with the help of folk and then cover it with bread crumbs so that it completely cover it with bread crumbs and similarly prepare all the egg fingers and set it aside for 5 minutes because bread crumbs absorb moisture and provide the good crispyness in the final product.





9. Now when oil get's hot then add all the prepared egg fingers to it and fry it at high flame and continuously stirring it and fry this till it get's golden brown in colour as shown in picture.
