INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
200gm grated Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
2 Roughly Chopped Onions
2 finely chopped Green Chillies
4-5 Garlic Cloves finely chopped
A small piece of ginger finely chopped
2 Tomatoes roughly chopped
1 Capsicum finely chopped
Cooking Oil as Required
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
Kasuri Methi( Dried Fenugreek Leaves)
Butter

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take a Pan and then add the little amount of Cooking Oil and Switch the medium flame and when it get's hot then add 1tsp Cumin to it and when it start pop then add 2 roughly chopped onions to it and cook this till it becomes translucent.
1. Take a Pan and then add the little amount of Cooking Oil and Switch the medium flame and when it get's hot then add 1tsp Cumin to it and when it start pop then add 2 roughly chopped onions to it and cook this till it becomes translucent.
2. Within a few minutes onions becomes translucent and then add finely chopped green chillies, Ginger, Garlic and cook this till it loss raw taste of this.
3. Now add chopped capsicum and then cook this about 3-4 minutes and then add roughly chopped tomatoes with 1tsp Salt and cook till it becomes soften in texture.
4. Now add 1tsp Red Chilli Powder, 2 tsp Coriander Powder, 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder, 2 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala, Kasuri, Methi( Dried Fenugreek Leaves) and mix this all mixture properly.
5. Now add Butter and then cook it for some minutes and then add grated paneer to it and then mixing it properly.
6. Finally our Homemade Paneer Bhurji Recipe to Serve hot.
