Dalgona Coffee is inspired by the South Korean dalgona Candy, a toffee sponge that resembles the Creamy dollop that tops the ice coffee.

2 Tbsp Powder Sugar
2 Tbsp Hot Water
1/2 cup (120ml) Milk of your Choice
2-3 Ice Cubes

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take a big bowl and then add 2tbsp Instant coffee powder.
1. Take a big bowl and then add 2tbsp Instant coffee powder.
2. Now add 2tbsp Powdered Sugar to it , it you don't have powder then you can make it easily by grinding but otherwise no problem.
3. Now add 2 tbsp Hot Water to this and then whisk it properly with the help of electric mixer until it becomes thick and creamy as shown in below pictures and if you don't have electric mixer then you can use a whisk and finally our whipped coffee is ready.
4. Now take a serving glass then add 2-3 Ice Cubes to this and then add milk fill only 3/4 (1/2 cup) as shown in picture.
5. Now finally add prepared whipped coffee on its top as shown in picture and then mix well properly before drinking as shown in picture.
