What is Cheesecake?
Cheesecake is a sweet dessert consisting of one or more layers. The main, and thickest layer, consists of a mixture of soft, fresh cheese, eggs, and sugar. If there is a bottom layer, it often consists of a crust or base made from crushed cookies, graham crackers, pastry, or sometimes sponge cake. So let's follow the following steps that How to make cheesecake at Home from Scratch :-

For Best New York Cheesecake Recipe
For Base
150gm Any Biscuits
50gm Unsalted Melted Butter
For Cheesecake Filling
400gm Cream Cheese
200gm Sour Cream
1/2 cup(100gm) Sugar
1/2 cup(100ml) Fresh Cream/Heavy Cream
2 Tsp Vanilla Essence
1 and 1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Corn Flour/Corn Starch
2 Eggs

1. Take 20cm Spring form cake tin and then grease it with butter inside properly as shown in picture.

2. Take 150gm of biscuits and break it and then add these into the blender and then blend it to make into a fine powder and take it out in the bowl.

3. Now add 50gm of Unsalted Melted Butter to it and mix it well properly and then add these into the greased tin.

4. Now spread it evenly and take a glass and press it tightly as shown in picture and then cover the bottom of tin with aluminium foil as shown in picture and place it into the Refrigerator and Refrigerate it for 20 minutes.

5. Now take a big bowl and then add 400gm of Cream cheese to this bowl and cream it or whisk it properly with the electric beater for few seconds.

6. Now add 1/2cup(100gm) of Sugar to it and then again whisk it for 30 seconds on low speed.

7. Now add 200gm of Sour Cream and again mix or whisk it properly for few seconds on low speed.

8. Now add 1/2cup(100ml) of Fresh cream or heavy cream and whisk it for 30 seconds on low speed.

9. Now add 2 Eggs ,one at a time and whisk it until everything is well combined and now add another one and again whisk it well until it combined well as shown in picture.

10. Now add 2 Tbsps of Corn Flour/Corn Starch and mix it so that no lumps occur.

11. Now add 2 Tsps of Vanilla Essence, 1 and 1/2 Tea Spoons of Lemon Juice and mix it well until it well combined and finally our silky smooth cheesecake batter is ready.

12. Now pour this mixture to prepared cake tin and shake it lightly or tap it.

13. Now pour hot water into a baking tray and gently place the cake tin as shown in picture.

14. Preheat the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes and then bake this for 30 minutes at 180°C and then Reduce the temperature to 150°C and bake for 40-45 minutes.

15. Now our cheesecake has been cooked and now switch off the oven and leave the door open and let the cheesecake sit for 1hr.

16. Finally our Homemade Cheesecake Recipe is ready and cheesecake is perfectly done with crack free top and cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 6hr or overnight and then loosen the edges and take it out.

17. Finally New York Cheesecake Recipe is ready and cut it according to that shape which you want and enjoy it.
