This also has a wealth of information about her backstory on going vegan and different levels of going vegan,

Because she is a chef that can make the most  complicated recipes and i also have a couple of those books that i am not sharing because they are a little more labor-intensive

But This is a really Easy cookbook to Follow, In this book there is 150 New Super Easy Best Recipes that are delicious,

There are mouthwatering simple Recipes like Lime illustrate, Bistro Beet Burgers, Sweet Potato Red Curry with Rice and Purple Kale and Summer Seitan Saute with Cilantro and many more recipes.

There are pasta recipes, burger recipes , breakfast  recipes, dessert recipes, bunch of salads and stews 

This is a really great cookbook to purchase coming into the fall seasons because the stews and soups are made in here so far they have all been amazing,

My favourite recipe that i have made like eight times are pillow pancakes, If you think you can't eat vegan breakfast that are amazing as a vegan and you are absolutely wrong. These pancakes are my favourite ever from this cookbook.

In this cookbook  there are bunch of great information on veganism and kind of how to get started cooking you know it is really breaks it down well and i absolutely love it and i think 

It's a great starting point as well as if you are a seasoned vegan and you don't own this book you should because it just has some incredible recipes.

But they also give you awesome you know wild cards like citrus glitters which is amazing and also have Chocolate chip chai spice shortbread which i have made this one incredible if you like chai tea that is going to be a recipe it you cannot pass,
