Jeera water is like a drink which is mainly made from with the combination of roasted, grinded jeera with water, salt, lemon juice. Jeera pani is a drink which is good for your good digestion. People also make this cumin water / jeera water for weight loss,

For Jeera Water Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
3 Tbsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
750 ml of Water
2 tbsp Crushed Ice or Ice Cubes
1 Tbsp Sugar or Jaggery
Salt to Taste
Black Salt to Taste
1/2 Lemon Juice

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Take a non stick pan and then add 3 Tbsp Cumin Seeds and roast this jeera (cumin) lightly, if you want mild flavour then roast it medium.
Note :- If you want light flavour then roast this lightly but i will roast it mildly, infact if you want to make jeera/cumin cocktail or Mocktail then it will also work for you easily.

2. Now after lightly roasting jeera then add 750 ml of water to it and then boil it for 20 minutes after this you observe that it's water will reduce to half and it attain good colour as shown in picture.
3. Now after that switch off the flame and cool it down and then take a blender jar and then grind or blend it properly as shown in picture.
4. Now after blending then pour this concentrated jeera water into the jar and if you want to pass through it from sieve then you can but here i didn't as you can see in picture.

5. Now for jeera water drink recipe, Take a serving glass and then add 2 tbsp crushed ice, you can also use ice cubes and then add little amount of concentrated jeera pani as shown in picture.
6. Now add 1 Tbsp Sugar, if you don't want to add sugar then no problem, or you can also add some amount of jaggery if you want and after adding sugar then add salt according to taste, Black Salt to Taste and 1/2 Lemon Juice.
7. Now top up with adding water to it and if you want to add carbonated water or soda you can definitely add as your wish then after adding soda instead of adding water it will becomes like Mocktail and then stir it properly.

8. Finally our Chilled Jeera Pani /Cumin Seeds Water / Jeera Water Recipe is Ready to Serve.
