How to make Beer Batter Chicken


500g Chicken Breast 

1 Cup + 1 Cup of Flour

1 tsp Onion Powder

1/2 tsp Sweet Chilli Powder 

1.5 tsp Salt (As Required)

300 ml Beer

Oil for Frying ( it should be at 175°C)



1.Take a Bowl of 1 cup flour and add 1 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp sweet chilli powder and Salt then just mix it with spoon.

2. Then coat all the pieces of chicken breast with this flour properly. 

3. Now take another 1 cup of flour and add 300 ml beer into it and gently stir it with spoon as well and our beer Batter is ready.

4. Now dip the coated chicken breast pieces into this batter.

5. Now add all these pieces into oil for frying for about 8 to 10 minutes until it becomes like golden brown in colour as shown in picture. 

6. I am frying this in the fryer with the basket But you can also use Pot for frying or fryer without basket.

7. Finally our Homemade Beer Batter Chicken Recipe is ready to serve hot and also sprinkle some salt on it.
