INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
2 packets of fine or tiny noodles
5 eggs
2 stick of softened butter or margarine
8 ounces of cream
1 pound cottage cheese
2 cups of sour cream
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk

METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Boil the 2 packets of fine or tiny noodles for 5 minutes and then let it cool for about 20 to 30 minutes.
2. In the meanwhile, Take big mixing bowl, Beat 5 eggs in it and then add 2 stick of softened butter or margarine, 8 ounces of cream, beat it well.
3. Then add 1 pound cottage cheese, 2 cups of sour cream.
4. Now while beating add 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of milk.
5. Add cooked and cool tiny Noodles to this mixture and stir or beat it with electric beater until all mixture combined.
6. Now add this mixture into lightly greased baking dish, level it with spatula and sprinkle some cinnamon on it.
7. First Bake it at 450°F for 5 minutes, the reason is this will set the custard and then turn it down to 350°F for 45 minutes.
8. Finally our Plain Noodle Koogle Recipe is ready to serve.
