1 cup whole milk
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sugar
Items required to make the ice cream
4 cups ice
2 ziploc bags
1/4 cup salt
Kitchen towel

1. Take mug or bowl, add 1 cup whole milk, 1 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/4 cup sugar, mix it well.
2. Add this mixture into a good quality zip lock bag, zip your bag and make sure that you leave just a little bit of air in there.
3. Now tale 2nd zip lock bag and add 4 cups of ice, 1/4 cup of salt, salt will help to down the temperature.
4. Then add the first bag into this ice bag an seal it.
5. Cover it with towel and shake it hard for atleast 5 minutes.
6. Finally our Homemade Ice Cream Recipe without fridge is ready to serve.
