How to make Egg Maggi at Home

INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
Maggi Noddles : 2 Single Packets
Egg 2
Onion (Chopped) 2 medium size
Tomato (chopped) 2 medium size
Green Chilli 2
Coriander Leaves Chopped : 1/5 cup
Meat Masala Powder: 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1 /4 tsp (optional)
Red Chilli Powder-1/4tsp (optional)
Salt 1/4 tsp
Cooking Oil 2-3 tbsp

Coriander Leaves Chopped : 1/5 cup
Meat Masala Powder: 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1 /4 tsp (optional)
Red Chilli Powder-1/4tsp (optional)
Salt 1/4 tsp
Cooking Oil 2-3 tbsp
METHOD OR PREPARATION
1. Take non stick pan and heat it & then add cooking oil to it, & then add 2 chopped green chillies, let it fry for second & then add 2 medium size chopped onions & then saute the onions for 3-4 minutes on medium flame.

2. Now add 2 medium size chopped tomatoes & again fry or saute it for 3-4 minutes or till it turns into soft texture on medium flame.
3. Now add Turmeric Powder: 1 /4 tsp, Red Chilli Powder-1/4tsp, Salt 1/4 tsp & Meat Masala Powder 1/2 tsp, & mix it well & cook it on medium flame for some minutes.
4. Now add 2 whole egg , you can use different utensils but i am using same because this is large pan. & Fry the egg on medium or high flame so it easily cooked.
5. Now mix the onion & tomato mixture with prepared egg. & Add 2 maggi masala to it. Now add 2 cup or 500ml water to it & increase the flame high.
7. Now cover the pan with the lid & let it cook for 1 minute on medium flame. After this remove the lid and stir it well & add 1/5 chopped coriander leaves to it, & now again cover the pan & cook it for 1/2 minute.
8. Now after 7th step increase the flame high and cook it for 10-15 seconds. So that free available water turns into vapours and our egg maggi looks dry.
