INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
370 ml (1.5 cup) Evaporated Milk
250 ml All Purpose Cream or Whipping Cream
1/2 cup White Sugar
3 tbsp Unsweetend Cocoa Powder + extra for dusting
3 tbsp Cornstarch
3/4 Cup Chocolate Drops or Dark Chocolate.

3 tbsp Unsweetend Cocoa Powder + extra for dusting
3 tbsp Cornstarch
3/4 Cup Chocolate Drops or Dark Chocolate.
PROCEDURE OR PREPARATION
1. Take a Bowl & then Combine all the above ingredients except chocolate dorps, mix well properly.

4. Add chocolate drops or you can also use dark chocolate & Continue cooking & stirring it until it gets smooth and thick texture.
5. Pour the chocolate mousse in a 7"x3" loaf pan lined with baking paper or butter paper. & Tap 3-4 times to remove air pockets.
6. Let it cool for few minutes at room temperature and then chill it for 6 hours or over night. After chilling remove it from the mold & also remove butter paper and then dust or sprinkle it with good quality cocoa powder by using sieve.
