INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
For the croutons
3 slices white bread, cut into cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp garlic, crushed
1 tsp parsley, chopped
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

FOR DRESSING
1 cup vegetarian mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Pepper as required

1/4 th cup Parmesan cheese, grated
3 tbsp chilled water

FOR ASSEMBLY
2 bunches romaine lettuce

Dressing
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated

METHOD OR PREPARATION
1. For making croutons, cutting the sides of bread & Chop the bread into small cubes ( size depends on how you prefer)

2. Now Add Olive oil in the non stick pan and toss the croutons in them add 1tbsp crushed garlic & toss this on very low flame so it gets completely roasted.
3. Now add 1tsp chopped parsley, 1tsp black pepper and 1tbsp grated Parmesan cheese and mix well. Turn off the flame and keep it aside in a bowl
4. For dressing in a bowl add 1 cup vegetarian mayonnaise which is made from Soya , Salt to taste, 1tbsp freshly crushed black Pepper, 1tbsp chopped parsley, 1tbsp chopped garlic, 1/4th cup grated Parmesan cheese and 3tbsp chilled water, water will help in making thin flowing dressing & mix all the ingredients properly. & Our dressing is ready.
5. Now Assemble them by adding the 2 bunch romaine lettuce leaves which are chopped finely then add croutons & dressed with some beautiful Caesar dressing on the top as shown in below picture& garnishing it with 2tbsp grated parmesan cheese.
