INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
1 large bunch cleaned spinach
1tbsp butter
1/2 tbsp finely chopped garlic
1tbsp refined flour
1 cup milk
Salt to taste
White pepper powder to taste
1tbsp fresh cream

METHOD OR PREPARATION
1. Take a bowl & boil the water in it & then add 1 large bunch cleaned spinach , Blanch it for minimum 1 minute.

2. Now transfer this Spinach into ice cold water for refreshing it.
3. Now Blend it into fine puree with the help of blender & add some little water & again blend it & Now our Spinach Puree is ready.
4. Now take non stick bowl & add 1tbsp butter to it & add 1/2 tbsp finely chopped garlic, 1tbsp refined flour & add prepared spinach puree to it & mix it properly.
5. Add sufficient amount of water to it & mix it again & add 1cup milk to it & add Salt to taste , White pepper powder to taste & let it to boil.
6. Now add 1tbsp fresh cream & mix it gently & now our Homemade Spinach Soup is ready to serve, Pour this soup into bowl & garnish it with some more cream.
