METHOD OF PREPARATION
1. Put your whipped cream in the bowl after chilling for 24hrs in the fridge, do make sure that your bowl is also completely chilled also or use chilled bowl & before putting chilled whipping cream, you have to chill the bowl & whipping equipments for 2hr also. This is so done for better flavour & good texture of whipping cream.

This is so done for better flavour & good texture of whipping cream.
2. Whisk it little with hand blender or mixture as shown in picture till it turns into a soft paste, then add Icing sugar or powder sugar to the bowl now whisk on high speed until medium to stiff peaks form, about only 1 minute.
3. Now your whipped cream is ready to use. You can eat it as well or can use in making cake.
Note :- 1. The volume of cream is increased due to trapping air while blending it & it is now is fluffy in texture. 2. one more thing is here we are using 20g icing sugar for 200ml of whipping cream, if you use 100ml of whipping cream then use 10g of icing sugar.
3. The minimum of fat in cream should be 35% & which i am using usually contain 36% fat that is why i was able to achieve such hard piece or such type of good fluffy texture whipped cream.
