For Kadai Paneer Recipe

Kadai Masala
1 tbsp Gota Dhaniya Seeds (Coriander Seeds)
1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
1 inch Cinnamon Stick
1 Green Elaichi (Green Cardamom)
1 Kali Elaichi (Black Cardamom)
1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli (Red Chilli Powder)
For Gravy
2 tbsp Refined Oil
3 Onion
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder for color (Kashmiri Mirch powder)
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
2 Tomatoes
1 tsp Oil
1 Green Capsicum
1 Onion
200g Paneer (Cheese)
2 Green Chilli
1/2 tsp Kasoori Methi (Dried Fenugreek leaves)
1 tbsp Fresh Coriander Leaves
1 tsp Sugar
Red Color optional
1 tbsp fresh cream

1. Heat the non stick wok and then add 1tbsp Gota Dhaniya Seeds, 1/2 tbsp Cumin seeds , 1tsp Sesame Seeds, 1 inch Cinnamon Stick, 1 Green Cardamom, 1 Black Cardamom and roast all these spices for 3-4 minutes on low flame or until it turns into golden colour and then add switch off the flame and then add 1tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder(Red Chilli Powder) and then roast it and then let it cool at room temperature and then grind it to make the powder.

2. For Gravy , Heat the non stick wok and then add 2tbsp Refined Oil, 3 Large Chopped Onions, 1tbsp Salt or to taste and cook it for 5-6 minutes or until it becomes golden in colour, 1tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste and cook it for 2-3 minutes on low flame.Now add 2 Chopped Tomatoes and then cook it untill it becomes soften in texture and then let it cool at room temperature and then grind this all Mixture to make it the gravy.

3. Now Heat the Wok and then add 1tsp Oil, 1 Green Cuted Capsicum, 1 cuted Onion and fry or roast this on high heat and then add 200g cuted Paneer, now add 2tbsp Masala Powder that we have made in 1st step, then add 2 sliced Green Chilli and then roast this for 2 minutes on high flame and then add 1/2 tsp Kasoori methi and mix it well.

4. Now add 1tbsp Freshly Chopped Coriander and mix it well and cook it for 1 minute and then add gravy that we have made in 2nd step and mix it well and then add 1tsp Sugar, 1tsp red color(optional) and 1tsp red chilli powder and i have added little water into the mixer in which we have prepared gravy so that all gravy scarp out and pour this water into this and mix  all these well.

5. Now add remaining masala powder and also add some chopped coriander and then add 1tbsp Fresh Cream and mix it well properly and if you want to make this kadai paneer recipe silky then you can add 1-2tbsp corn flour slurry but i haven't added this.

6. Now Finally our Homemade Kadai Paneer Recipe is Ready to Serve.
