For Chilli Paneer Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

200gm Paneer(lndian Cottage Cheese)
1 Onion (Chopped in square pieces)
1 Green pepper/bell pepper(chopped)
3 Green chilli (slit)
12Garlic cloves (finely chopped)
2 inch Ginger(finely chopped)
1/2 cup of Spring onion(chopped)
5tbsp Cooking oil
1/2tsp Green chilli sauce
1tsp Red chilli sauce
4tbsp Soy sauce
1tbsp White vinegar {Buy Now}
2tbsp Tomato ketchup
1/4tsp Black pepper
2tbsp Corn flour
3tbsp All purpose flour(maida)
1/2tsp Ginger garlic paste
1/2tsp Red chilli powder(kashmiri)(Buy Now)
Salt to taste
1/2tsp Sugar


METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take a big bowl and then add 2tbsp Corn Flour, 3tbsp All Purpose Flour, (Maida), 1/2tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/2tsp Ginger Garlic Paste, salt to taste, 1/4tsp Crushed Black Pepper and mix it well properly.





2. Now add little amount of water and make semi thick batter , you can check the batter consistency in the given picture and then add the 200gm Paneer Pieces(Indian Cottage cheese that we have cuted into the rectangular type shape Pieces and then mix it well properly to coat the paneer with the batter.









3. Now heat the non stick pan on medium high flame and then add 5tbsp oil , i have used this little oil only for shallow fry the paneer pieces but you can also deep fry this paneer and once the oil is heated properly then add paneer and fry it for a minute and keep the remaining batter aside for using in next step and flipping this paneer so that paneer gets fry from each side Properly and once its turns into golden brown colour keep it out from the pan and keep it aside.




4. Now in the same pan add 3 Green chilli (slit), 12 Chopped Garlic cloves, 2inch chopped Ginger and fry it for 30-40 seconds on medium flame and then add the 1 Chopped Onion(square shape), 1 Chopped bell pepper and increase the flame to high and fry it for a 1-1.5 minute and stir it properly.

5. Now when onion gets soft or transparent and then add white portion of Spring Onion and mix it well and fry it for 30seconds on medium flame stir it well.



6. Now add 1/2tsp Green chilli sauce, 1tsp Red chilli sauce, 4tbsp Soy sauce, 2tbsp Tomato ketchup, 1tbsp White vinegar, 1/2tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/2tsp Sugar, Salt to to Taste and then add 1/4tsp Crushed Black Pepper and then mix all these ingredients properly.

7. Now add the remaining batter and if you haven't remaining batter then you can mix 2tsp corn flour in water then add it and mix it well and keep this process on high flame and then add 1/3 cup of water and stir it well and if you making this gravy type chilli paneer then you can add 1 cup of more water as well as use more corn flour in gravy style.






8. Now let the gravy come to boil and then add fried paneer to it and mix or toss it well on high flame and then turn off the flame and at last add green portion of spring onion.




9. Finally our Homemade Chilli Paneer Recipe is ready to serve and garnish it with little spring onion.
