For Paneer Butter Masala Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

2 tbsp Oil
10-15 Cashew
Onion 1 (optional)
7-8 Dried Red Chili
Tomato 4-6
Salt-1 tsp
Ghee 2 tbsp
2-3 Cardamom
1tsp Red Chilli Powder
Garam Masala 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves -1 tbsp
Dried Fenugreek /Kasoori Methi -1 tsp
Cream /Malai 3 tbsp
Condensed Milk 2 tbsp
250g Paneer/Cottage cheese
2tbsp Butter
METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take a wok and add 2tbsp oil and when it gets hot then add 10-15 Cashew, 1 chopped Onion, 5-6 Dried Red Chilli and cook it for 2-3 minutes untill the onion gets pink in Colour.




2. Now add 4-5 chopped Tomatoes and cook it for 1 minute then add 1tsp Salt then again cook it for 5-6 minutes untill it gets soften in texture and let it cool at room temperature and then grind this all mixture to make it into puree or paste form.




3. Now heat the wok and then add 2tbsp Ghee and then add 2-3 Cardamom
1tsp Red Chilli Powder, 1/4tsp Garam Masala, 1/2tsp Salt, 1tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves, 1tsp Dried Fenugreek and cook these all spices for 30 seconds.







4. Now add Puree or paste that we have prepared in 2nd Step and then cook it for 20-25 minutes at low flame as well as stirring it for minimum 5-10 minutes.


5. Now add 3tbsp Malai, 2tbsp Condensed Milk and mix it well properly and then add Cubes of Paneer of about 250g and cook it for 1-2 minutes and then add 2tbsp Butter and mix it well.







6. Finally our Homemade Paneer Butter Masala Recipe is ready to serve.
