For Homemade Chole Masala Recipe
INGREDIENTS REQUIRED

1 Cup Kabuli Chole/Chana(Chickpea){Buy Now}
3 medium Onion
2 Green Chilli
2 small piece of Coconut
3-4 Garlic Cloves
2-3 spoon Oil
3 Bay Leaf (Tej Patta)
2 inch piece Cinnamon Stick
2 Green Cardamom
3-4 Laung(Cloves)
1 Chakraphul(Star Anise){Buy Now}
1tsp Cumin
1tsp Chilli Powder
1/2tsp Cumin Powder
1/2tsp Turmeric Powder
1tsp Amchoor(Dry Mango Powder){Buy Now}
1/2tsp Dhaniya Powder(Coriander Powder){Buy Now}
1tsp Chana Masala{Buy Now}
Salt to Taste
4 medium Tomatoes
1tsp Khoya/ mithai mate(Condensed Milk)/ malai
1tsp Ghee
1/2tsp Ajwain/Ajowan Caraway/Carom Seeds{Buy Now}
1 inch sliced Ginger
2 slit Green Chilli
1/2tsp Red Chilli Powder
METHOD OF PREPARATION

1. Take a bowl and then add 1 cup of Kabuli Chole to it then add water to it and soak it for 6-7hr and then add it into the cooker with salt to taste as well as water and then pressure cook it for 5-6 whistle at high flame and then Pressure cook for 10 minutes at low flame and then it will be ready as shown in picture.




2. For Chole Masala Recipe, Take mixer/grinder Jar and then add 3 medium Onion, 2 Green Chilli, 2 small piece of Coconut, 3-4 Garlic Cloves and add little amount of water and then make it into the smooth paste and make sure that coconut pieces grind well.









3. Now take a wok and heat it at high flame and then add 2-3 spoon Oil, 3 Bay Leaf (Tej Patta), 2 inch piece Cinnamon Stick, 2 Green Cardamom, 3-4 Laung, 1 Chakrafool and then heat it.







4. When it heated a little then add 1tsp Cumin after heating little it then add 1tsp Chilli Powder, 1/2tsp Cumin Powder, 1/2tsp Turmeric Powder, 1tsp Amchoor, 1/2tsp Dhaniya Powder, 1tsp Chana Masala and roast this spices/masala lightly and make sure that it doesn't burn and when this spices started burning then immediately add 1/2 cup water to it and roast it for 2 minutes.








5. Now add paste to it that we have prepared in 2nd step and then add salt to taste and then roast it for 5-6 minutes at high flame with continuously stirring it then you can see it's texture is thickened.







6. Now take 4 medium Tomatoes and grind it into the grinder/mixer to make this puree and then add it into this and cook or roast it for 4-5 minutes more at high flame by covering it with lid and after every minute open this lid and stirr it.







7. Now add the cooked Kabuli Chole to it and you can also add the water of it in which you have soaked it because it contains more Nutritious value like protein and mix it well.



8. After adding water cook it for 1 minutes with continuously stirring and then add 1tsp Condensed Milk and cook it for 1-2 minutes and then it is ready and keep it aside.






9. Now For Tadka, Take a tadka pan and add 1tsp Ghee and when it get's hot then add, 1/2tsp Ajwain, 1 inch sliced Ginger, 2 slit Green Chilli, 1/2tsp Red Chilli Powder and mix it well.







10. Now keep the chole at high flame again and then add tadka that we have prepared in 9th step and mix it well.





11. Finally our Homemade Chole Masala Recipe is ready to serve and Garnish it with green Chillies and Onions rings and serve with Bhature.
